Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

At Waypoint Supplies we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. In order to maintain the efficiency of our operations and to continue offering competitive pricing, we have a restocking fee policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which a restocking fee may be applied to returned items.

Restocking Fee Definition:

  • A restocking fee refers to a percentage of the original purchase price that is charged when a customer returns an item for a refund or exchange.

Applicability:

  • The restocking fee applies to eligible returns, as outlined below:
    • Returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than product defects, damage during shipping, or errors on the part of WaypointSupplies.
    • Products returned in their original condition, including packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
    • Returns requested within the specified return period, as stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Restocking Fee Percentage:

  • The restocking fee is set at 5% of the original purchase price of the returned item.

Exemptions:

  • The restocking fee does not apply under the following circumstances:
    • Product defects, damage during shipping, or errors on the part of WaypointSupplies.
    • Returns of defective or damaged items, where the responsibility lies with WaypointSupplies.
    • Items returned as part of a product recall or warranty claim process.

Refund Calculation:

  • When a restocking fee applies, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:
    • Original purchase price - (Original purchase price × 5%)

Implementation:

  • The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount when processing returns that meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Customers will be provided with a detailed breakdown of their refund, including the restocking fee deduction.
